Refund Policy

We want you to be able to book your Pass and tickets with confidence. If you need to cancel your booking, or part of it, please contact us as soon as possible

Refunds and exchanges

All tickets and passes are to be purchased by the individual attending
Tickets and passes are non transferable

Pass and ticket refund policy

To request a refund please email contact@queertangolondon.com
The amount refunded depends on when we receive your request -

Until 31 December 2025, passes can be refunded at 90% of the cost
From 1 January 2026 - 30 April 2026, tickets and passes can be refunded at 50% of the cost
After April 30th we are unfortunately unable to accept any refunds requests

Changes to the event

If there are significant changes to the festival's date or location you will be notified and be given the opportunity to request a full refund
If your have purchased a ticket for an individual class or milonga and it is substantially altered, we will contact you to ask if would like to change to an available alternatives or receive a full refund

Cancellation of event

In the unlikely event of cancellation of the whole Queer Tango IN London festival (by either Queer Tango London, or our Venue, The Bishopsgate Institute), a full refund will be issued to all ticket and pass holders
If an individual class or lesson is cancelled we will contact you to ask if would like to swap to an available alternative or receive a full refund

We will aim to be as flexible and accommodating and possible. If you have any questions or issues, don't worry, please get in touch and we will try to accommodate any reasonable requests

This cancellation policy does not affect any of your statutory rights as a consumer
